I needed installation of virus protection and general maintenance. I needed the printer set so that I could use "fast draft" setting to use less printer ink. Bryan uninstalled a previous unsuccessfully installed antivirus and installed a new FREE antivirus. Not only did Bryan fix all of my computer problems, but the computer now operates faster! Bryan was very patient with me as he answered questions about another product that I am considering purchasing, while he worked.
