- How do you charge for your on-site services?
We charge hourly for on-site service. Our standard hourly rate is $109.00 per hour. If you're a member of Angie's List, the rate is $95.00 per hour. Our minimum is 2 hours, and we do not impose trip/fuel charges. Back to top

- What are your business hours?
Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 9am to 5:00pm. We are closed on weekends and holidays. Back to top
- Do you offer phone support?

- What if you can't fix our problem?
In the rare case where we are unable to resolve your issue, we will not charge for our services, and recommend an alternative solution. Back to top
- What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, American Express, Discover, Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. Back to top
- What is your guarantee?
Due to the nature of computer repair, we do not currently offer a guarantee. To illustrate, we could remove a virus from a clients PC, then after the technician leaves, the client unintentionally re-infects his or her computer. Back to top
- How fast can get a technician on-site?
Our average wait time for on-site service is 1-3 business days. If you need a technician immediately, we can usually offer same-day service, although a higher rate will apply. Back to top
- What areas do you cover with your onsite services?
We cover the greater Indianapolis area. If you'd like to schedule an on-site appointment and live outside this area, a trip charge will be applied. Back to top
- Do you work on Macs?
Yes, in a limited capacity. Please contact us for more information on how we can assist with your Apple products. Back to top
- What about iPods, iPads or iPhones?
Yes we can assist you with your iPod, iPad or iPhone. However if the issue is physical or mechanical in nature (cracked screen, won't turn on, etc.), we recommend you take the device to the nearest Apple Store for diagnostics. Back to top
- What are the remote fees?
We charge $78.00 per hour for remote work. There is a minimum of 1 hour. Back to top
