To put it simply, it's because we care.  Computers can and will at times cause extreme frustration, but they're also a valuable tool in our lives.  We understand this and promise to be sensitive to your needs, and act in a professional and courteous manner.  We're here to resolve whatever issue you're having and suggest ways to keep your computer trouble free in the future.  In addition, we will never communicate using "tech speak" over the telephone, or in person.  And we'll listen carefully to your problem, no matter how small. 

PC Pro Technologies was created because of the pressing need for change.  We realized the sad state of customer service, especially in the computer industry.  We set out to start a company that would make customer service the number one priority.  We think we've achieved this goal, and we're sure you'll notice the difference in the way we do business.

What We Do

We specialize in remote and on-site computer repair.  We realize that our clients live very busy lives, and that lugging a PC around is the last thing you want to do.  You'll never have to come to us for a solution, we come to you.  Whether we resolve your issue remotely or in person, we'll do our best to cater to your schedule, and make the entire process as painless as possible.
